State Police in Indiana reported several thefts dating back to October 18.

            -Some time between October 18 and 20th state police say a suspect broke into a New Florence home on State Route 259 and took two handguns and jewelry.

            -Police charged Rhonda Detwiler, age 34 of Clune, with taking a weed eater trimmer from the White Township Wal-Mart and trying to return it. Detwiler entered the store at 8:40 the evening of October 24. Police say she took the trimmer, valued at $72, then re-entered the store and exchanged the trimmer for a Wal-Mart gift card. Detwiler is charged with theft by deception and retail theft.

            -Police are looking for Joshua Chew of Blairsville after they say he stole a 32 inch TV from the Blairsville Wal-Mart. Chew, age 22, entered Wal-Mart at 12:34 p.m. on November 2nd. Police say he put a TV in a shopping cart without paying for it and simply left the store. Chew drove away from the scene in a red Saturn.
