Indiana County Chamber of Commerce Chairman Dominic Paccapaniccia announced Tuesday that Pittsburgh Steelers President, Arthur Rooney II will be unable to speak at the Chamber's annual luncheon.

The luncheon is scheduled for noon Thursday at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex.  Rooney was scheduled to be the keynote speaker.

Paccapaniccia said Rooney had to cancel his appearance due to a death in his family.

Rooney will instead be represented by Pittsburgh Steelers General Manager Kevin Colbert.
