REWARD OFFERED FOR SUSPECTED KILLER RONELL MOSES JR.
Crimestoppers offers $2,000 for information leading to arrest

1/4/2013

PA Crimestoppers has offered a $2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of 20-year-old Ronell Moses Jr, who is accused of shooting to death 24-year-old Michael Volk of West Wheatfield Township last Saturday afternoon.

Moses, from Penn Hills, should be considered armed and dangerous.  He’s an alleged drug dealer who foiled a supposed robbery attempt by pulling a gun and shooting Volk at a mobile home near Torrance.  Volk and three accused co-conspirators had bought heroin from Moses the night before and hatched a plan to rob him the next day.  They knew Moses only as “Mitch”, a name state police say Moses used for his drug dealings in the Blairsville and Derry Township area.

Volk’s co-conspirators, Jesus Santiago, Tiffany Blattenberger, and Danielle Clawson, are all under arrest for a variety of charges, including homicide because police say their actions led to Volk’s death.

If you know anything about the whereabouts of Ronell Moses Jr., call state police at 724-832-3288 or PA Crimestoppers at 1-800-4PA-TIPS (1-800-472-8477).
