A Northern Cambria couple accused of using their young children to make drug deliveries will stand trial in Cambria County Court.
Charges against 46-year-old Lawrence Wholaver and 30-year-old Stacey Wholaver were bound over to court this week by District Judge Fred Creany in Ebensburg. The couple is accused of using the children, who were ages 5, 6, and 12, to distribute drugs for them, including three transactions between August 31st and September 19th with an undercover informant working with the Cambria County Drug Task Force.
Charges against each include five felony counts, among them three for endangering the welfare of children. The Wholavers are in the Cambria County Prison, each being held in lieu of $50,000 bond.
