One suspect still at large


A man and woman have been charged with borrowing a rifle from a man in West Wheatfield Township, then selling it for $300 to a Homer City gun shop.  State police say that 20-year-old Sebastian Debnar of New Florence and 21-year-old Brittany Marsh of Blairsville borrowed the gun from 41-year-old Shawn Debnar of Blairsville on December 4th, and two days later sold it to Bullseye Firearms.


Marsh was arrested and arraigned before District Judge Jennifer Rega on two felony charges of conspiracy and a misdemeanor charge of theft by deception.  She is free on $25,000 unsecured bond. 


An arrest warrant has been issed for Sebastian Debnar on two felony charges, for theft and for receiving stolen property, plus misdemeanor theft by deception. Anyone who knows his whereabouts is urged to call state police at 357-1960.
