Unknown suspect threatens to shoot at man placing real estate sign

State police say a man pointed a gun at another man who was installing a real estate sign on a property in Conemaugh Township yesterday morning.

The incident happened at about 8:45 AM as the 44-year-old victim, who is from West Homestead in Allegheny County, was putting up a “For Sale” sign in the front yard at 2513 Saltsburg Road.  The suspect pulled up in a white, late 1990s or early 2000s Ford F-150 pickup and started yelling obscenities at the victim, and then pulled a pistol and pointed it at him, threatening to shoot him.  He then fled north toward Route 286.

The suspect is a white male, about 55 to 60 years old, with a stocky build, about 6-feet tall. He has a white and gray full, close-cut beard, and white and gray hair.  If you know anything about it, you should contact state police at 357-1960.
