Indiana Area Firefighters were busy this morning responding to various alarms.

Firefighters were first called out to South 9th street for a carbon monoxide alarm going off.  Crews were also called out this morning to a transformer fire on Fulmer Street in White Township.  So far, there are still a few people without power in that area, according to Penelec, but the outage has been limited to a small area.  Also around 4:25 this morning, fire crews were called out for smoke in a structure in an apartment on South 13th street.

Crews were also out and about yesterday as well, as they assisted at a structure fire on Route 422 in Cherryhill Township.  That fire was electrical in nature and quickly put out without firefighter intervention.  Crews were also on the scene of a two-vehicle crash on Route 286 in White Township.
