The Home show is now officially underway

With a ceremonial chainsaw through a piece of lumber, the 2014 Armstrong-Indiana Builders Association Home Show kicked off yesterday at the S and T Bank Arena.  The 35th Home show has over 130 vendors displaying their products for home construction and home improvement.  Richard Clawson of the Armstrong-Indiana Builders Association said that people were lined up from the entrance booth to the front doors of the S and T Bank arena waiting to get in on Friday.

On hand for the ceremonies were State Representatives Sam Smith and Dave Reed.  Smith said that he was happy to see so many builders, and said that he had a healthy respect for those in the building industry.

Hours for the Home Show at the S and T Bank Arena will be noon till 9 today and noon till 4 on Sunday.  Your Hometown Radio Stations will be there throughout the home show, and you can hear our reports throughout the day on your hometown radio station.
