THE GAME | The 8th-ranked Crimson Hawks welcome Seton Hill for their 2016 home opener this Saturday at Frank Cignetti Field at George P. Miller Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 4 p.m. IUP is 3-0 on the year and 1-0 in the division after last week's 56-28 win at Edinboro. IUP took a 42-0 lead late into the third quarter before Edinboro could get on the board, and totaled 335 rushing yards and six touchdowns on the ground. Seton Hill is 3-1 (0-1) after dropping its first game of the year, 59-17 to California (Pa.) last weekend, giving up 532 yards of total offense and 28 first downs to the Vulcans. 

LIBERTY, Mo. – Already ranked eighth in the coaches' poll, IUP football is now ranked 10th by the media in the Top 25 Poll, which was released on Tuesday afternoon.  

WACO, Tex. – After improving to 3-0 with a dominant road win over Edinboro, IUP football has moved up one spot to No. 8 in the latest American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Division II Top 25 poll, which was released on Monday afternoon.  

Cross Country Competes in Paul Short Run

INDIANA, Pa. – Freshman Samir Bullock (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan) of the football team and senior goalkeeper Jessica Printz (Fairfax, Va./WT Woodson) of the women's soccer team have been named the IUP Athletes of the Week for the week ending Sunday, September 25.

EDINBORO, Pa. – Ninth-ranked IUP totaled 585 yards, forced two turnovers, and scored on special teams in a dominant 56-28 win at Edinboro in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West divisional opener on Saturday afternoon.

THE GAME | The 9th-ranked Crimson Hawks open PSAC West divisional play this weekend as they travel to Edinboro to take on the Fighting Scots. Kickoff at Sox Harrison Stadium this Saturday is scheduled for 12 p.m. IUP improved to 2-0 on the year with a 55-0 blowout win at Cheyney last weekend, a game that saw the entire travel roster get on the field. This will be the Crimson Hawks' third road game to start the season, at an Edinboro team that is a surprising 3-0 after a 54-51 overtime win over PSAC East favorite West Chester last Saturday. The Fighting Scots went winless in 2015.
