This obituary was submitted by the Bowser Funeral Home, and we are publishing it as it was presented to us:
My lovely wife of 43 years, Trish Lenzi, passed in the middle of the night at the Armstrong County Memorial Hospital in Kittanning, where she was a patient. She died from cardiac arrest. Trish was one of the greatest Christians ever… she dedicated her life to Jesus Christ over 45 years ago and served him and others all her days. She is without any doubt in the presence of God and has been reunited with her loved ones who also died as believers in and followers of Jesus.
She homeschooled all five of our children, who have become very successful in life. She also spent a lot of time caring for our two youngest grandchildren, doing crafts, Bible studies, and so much more with them. She was a fantastic wife, mom, and grandma. Her and I both loved art, music, and God’s creation. She was an exceptional pianist and piano teacher, having taught at least fifty of her students to play. She also did an exceptional job nannying two young boys, then two more young boys, and currently a little five-month-old baby boy.
She is survived by me, Jock Lenzi; her five children, Joy Handran, Christa Lenzi, Josiah Lenzi, Monica Jacobs, and Aaron Lenzi. Also her five grandchildren, Elley, Everett, Cameron Handran, and Madi and Oliver Truitt.
Friends will be received Saturday from 3-7 PM and Sunday from 1 until time of Service at 3 PM at Bowser Funeral Home and Cremation Sertvices, Inc., Homer City.
