Pop superstar Adele will be making her acting debut in a new film by fashion designer Tom Ford.
Ford’s third film will be an adaptation of the Anne Rice novel “Cry to Heaven,” and will feature an all-star cast including Nicholas Hoult, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Adele in her first role. It may not be her last role.
The Grammy-winning singer wrapped up two years of sold-out shows in Las Vegas last year by saying she would be taking an indefinite break from music, and that she didn’t know when she would perform again.
