One person was hurt in a crash this morning in East Wheatfield Township.
Indiana County 911 said the crash happened at 4:43 this morning at 10125 Route 56 East in East Wheatfield Township, north of Amragh. Armagh-East Wheatfield firefighters, Citizen’s Ambulance and State Police were sent out. Initial scanner reports said that a car hit a deer. The driver was hurt and reportedly trapped in the vehicle.
Along with yesterday’s fire, a water rescue call was reported at 10:37 AM on Kiski Avenue Extension in Armstrong county. Indiana County 911 sent members of the Saltsburg, Blairsville and Tunnelton fire departments to the scene to aid Armstrong County first responders.
