Confidence is increasing in a southern storm track out into the ocean late this weekend. This scenario leads to heavy snow in the PA/WV ridges but limited accumulations outside of the highest terrain. The Winter Storm Watch remains in effect for the ridges from late Saturday night through late Monday night.
