Last night, the Marion Center Lady Stingers beat Penns Valley in the District 6 Triple-A Consolation Game. Mark Bertig reports.
Marion Center Coach Amy Trimble said that it was a rough, but athletic game for her team.
In the Triple-A Championship game, Central Cambria’s girls beat Cambria Heights 55-45. The Highlanders had only one player in double-figures, as Kinley Rogle lead all scorers with 25 points. Julia Carlheim had eight and Brianna Kirsch had seven. For Central Cambria, they were lead by Katie George with 20 points, Delaney Snyder had 12 and Alania Long had 11.
