No significant changes to the forecast for possible severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening.
Scattered showers are possible this morning, with the occasional rumble of thunder. The main event will be this afternoon/evening as a line of thunderstorms cross the region ahead of a cold front. Check out the timing graphic for an estimate time-of-arrival for your area.
Damaging straight-line winds will be the main threat, but hail and isolated tornadoes will be possible, especially with any discrete storms ahead of the main line.
