SOFTBALL
Indiana’s season ended in the first round of the WPIAL 4A playoffs, with Uniontown defeating the Indians, 5-3 at Norwin. Indiana was led by Rachel Livermore, who was 2-for-3 with a home run, and by Hannah Ianarelli, who doubled in a run.
BASEBALL
Indiana had a first-round bye in the WPIAL 4A playoffs, so they were watching with great interest when Knoch played Blackhawk to determine the Indians’ opponent next Monday. The Knights won it, 2-1.
Indiana and Knoch split their season series last month, with Knoch winning at Indiana, 2-1, and Indiana winning the next day at Knoch, 1-0.
