The annual “Kiss-A-Pig” fundraiser for the Evergreen After-School Club kicked off last night with a reception at Noble Stein Brewery.

The participants in the 9th annual fundraiser include
- Homer-Center School Board President Michael Bertig
- Indiana School Board President Dr. Sally McCombie
- David Doak from S&T Bank
- IUP Men’s Basketball Coach Joe Lombardi
- Indiana Borough Mayor Charles Simelton
- Linda Mitchell from IndiGo
James Rickard from the Evergreen After-School Club said the fundraiser is important for them.
The competitors will try to raise as much money as they can between now and the Indiana County Fair. The one who raises the most must kiss a pig on the stage of the fair before band night.
