The Westsylvania Jazz and Blues Festival has announced that the events are moving due to the predicted sour weather this weekend.
Representatives with the festival says that the schedule will remain the same, but they are headed indoors to the Indiana Mall on Oakland Avenue. The first show will be at 11:00 with the Indiana Junior High Jazz Band, followed by bands from Armstrong and Knoch School districts and then the Westsylvania All-Star band made up of students from grades 8-12 from around the area. The music will continue at 1:45 with Wanderlost, followed by Craig Davis Jazz, Norside, then Jazz Headliner the Jose Luiz Martins 4tet at 5:30 and then blues headliner Selwyn Birchwood at 7:30.
Admission to the festival will remain free. After-hours parties will continue to be held at Noble Stein and Artists Hand.
