State police have announced an enhanced enforcement effort for the upcoming holiday weekend.
Troopers will be out in full force starting Friday, July 3rd going through Sunday, July 5th as part of their “ongoing effort to save lives and keep our roads and highways safe,” according to a news release. Patrols will be focusing on intoxicated, distracted and aggressive driving.
Police advise everyone to buckle up when on the road and to drive safely.
