IUP’s Eberly College of Business has earned another extension of its prestigious AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accreditation.
The accreditation follows a year-long review process that included a three-day campus visit by a team of business school leaders from across the country. The review evaluated everything from academic quality and faculty research to student success, strategic planning, and industry partnerships.
Only about six percent of business schools worldwide have earned the distinction. IUP has held business accreditation since 2001, while its accounting program has been separately accredited since 2023. IUP remains the only university in Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education with AACSB accounting accreditation.
