Today marks the start of Teddy Bear Fund Drive week.
This marks our annual trip to The 700 Shop to broadcast all week in support of the fund drive that helps fund child healthcare at Indiana Regional Medical Center and Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh. 75% of the money from the fund drive goes to the Indiana Healthcare Foundation, while the rest goes to the Free Care Fund of Children’s Hospital.
Volunteers will be at the intersection of 7th and Philadelphia Streets throughout the week to collect money for the fund drive. And Luxenberg’s will supply the 2024 Teddy Bear Fund Drive Teddy Bears for a $20 donation.
The broadcasts start with Todd Marino and Indiana in the Morning live from the 700 Shop at 8:00 this morning on WCCS and will continue through the day on WDAD.
