State police have released more information on a crash in Green Township on Tuesday morning.
The three-vehicle crash was reported at 4:39 AM on Route 286 just south of Hickory Road. A pickup truck driven by 41-year-old Jarrod Hash of Indiana was travelling east when he crossed into the westbound lane and struck a four-door sedan driven by 45-year-old Jessica Lintz of Commodore head-on. The car spun off the road and into the woods while the truck continued on, hitting another car driven by 57-year-old Kelly Haught of Commodore head-on. The truck spun around on the second collision and stopped while the second car came to rest on the shoulder of 286.
Lintz was injured in the crash and was taken to IRMC by Citizen’s Ambulance for treatment.
