Both Team USA and Team Canada hit the ice for their first Olympic hockey games today. Team Canada, with their captain Sidney Crosby, will play first at 10:40 our time against Czechia. Then Team USA plays Latvia, whose backup goaltender is the Penguins’ Arturs Silovs, at 3:10 PM.
Yesterday, Team Sweden, featuring Penguins Erik Karlsson and Rickard Rakell, took down Italy, 5-2. Both Karlsson and Rakell had assists for the Swedes.
