The Penguins had lost three straight games heading into their game yesterday against the Bruins, and one of those losses had been to the Bruins, 2-1 last Tuesday. But despite playing without Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin, the Pens pulled off a come-from-behind overtime win.

Justin Brazeau sat out yesterday due to an undisclosed injury and was replaced in the lineup by new acquisition Elmer Soderblom.
The Penguins play five straight on the road, starting tomorrow night at Metro Division leader Carolina, followed by a visit to Vegas on Thursday, Utah on Saturday, then Colorado next Monday and back at Carolina next Wednesday.
Evgeni Malkin will be eligible to return from his NHL suspension against the Avalanche a week from today. Sidney Crosby is with the team on the road and practicing. There is no timetable for his return.
