White Township’s planning commission will meet tonight and will once again consider the final major subdivision for a proposed housing development on Rustic Lodge Road.
The proposed Rustic Ridge development would contain 30 ranch-style buildings along with its own road and cul-de-sac in the 600 block of Rustic Lodge Road. The plan was tabled at last month’s meeting due to stormwater issues that needed to be addressed, along with two modification requests.
The commission will also look at approving a preliminary major subdivision for the 1999 irrevocable trust for Joseph Lubold on Oakland Avenue.
The meeting starts at 6:30 tonight at the White Township Municipal Building.
