Donna Darlene Blystone, age 76 of Creekside, died Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center.
Donna was a former member of the ARC.
She was a homemaker having resided in Washington Twp. for many years.
She is survived by her husband – Arnold Blystone, Creekside; five children – Robert Blystone, Creekside; Timothy Blystone and wife Tina, Punxsutawney; Donna J. Ford and husband Rolin, Indiana; Kenneth Blystone, Blairsville; Laura Goodlin and husband Mark, Cookport; 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; one brother – Earl Lewis and wife Mary, AZ; and a daughter-in-law – Joni Blystone, Chambersburg.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Adam Blystone, and by 12 siblings.
Friends will be received on Monday from 6 to 8 P.M. at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home, Indiana. Private interment will be made in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Rochester Mills.
