Linda R. Artman, 72, died suddenly on Saturday, March 21, 2026. Born August 5, 1953 in Colver, PA, she was a daughter of the late Lester B. Artman and Lillian A. (Bryan) Artman.
Linda was a graduate of Indiana High School and the former Cambria Rowe Business College in Indiana. She had previously worked as a 911 Coordinator for the Indiana County Emergency Management.
She loved to crochet, was an avid reader and treasured the moments she had with her family, especially her loving grandchildren.
Linda is remembered by her children: Adam B. Embry (Bethany), Plum Boro and Whitney Henry (Keith), Blairsville. Her grandchildren are: Davis, Keegan and Tatum Embry and Aiden, Breauna, Brody and Cole Henry. Linda is also survived by her sister, Jane Artman of Indiana and by several nieces.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Karen Sue Von Dane.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate Linda’s life on Sunday, March 29th from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the Rairigh-Bence Funeral Home & Crematory, 965 Philadelphia St., Indiana.
