Safe to say Charlie Manzi is recovered from his knee injury…the Indiana senior was 2-for-3 with a homer, double, and seven RBIs as Indiana beat Kiski Area in their WPIAL opener yesterday, 9-3.
SOFTBALL
Indiana opened its season in style as Samantha Martin tossed a no-hitter and struck out 15 in an 8-0 win over Freeport. Kaylee Cass was 3-for-3 for the Indians. Martin, Sophia Boyer, Hannah Ianarelli, and Rylin Blystone all had two hits.
