The Pens have had a rough couple of games as of late, but were able to put together an overtime shootout win over the Ottawa Senators last night. Paul Steigerwald reports.
The victory came as Sidney Crosby left the game late in the second period with an undisclosed lower-body injury, according to coach Dan Muse.
He said he was impressed not just with the win but how they got it.
The win puts the Pens back into second place in the Metro Division, moving ahead of Columbus by one point.
Faceoff for tomorrow’s game against Dallas is at 3:00.
