Tuesday night, Indiana Borough Council approved a conditional use permit for two properties on 9th Street.
The permit will allow the demolition of a house at 59 and 63 South 9th Street and converting the property to parking lots. Council member Kaycee Newell talks about some of the conditions that need to be met.
The other motion on the agenda was for the approval to hold the Step Up for Students 5K on May 31st at 9:00 AM. The route will run through Indiana Borough along with parts of White Township and IUP Campus.
