BASEBALL/SOFTBALL
Indiana beat Gateway, 6-3. Ethan Shank had two hits, with a triple and a run driven in, and Charlie Manzi singled and doubled and drove in a run. Brady Oakes also had two hits and picked up the win on the mound.
The WPIAL yesterday unveiled their softball brackets. 13-5 Indiana will open 4A play on Monday hosting 9-7 Uniontown at 4 PM. The baseball brackets are scheduled to be released today.
LACROSSE
Indiana lacrosse team outscored Franklin Regional, 14-10, on Wednesday to clinch a spot in the WPIAL playoffs. They will play Shaler on Tuesday. Max Campisano and Maddox Myers each scored four goals and Garrett Goodrich added three. Jackson Albert, Jacob Wood and Tyler Nelson each scored single goals.
