While training camp is still a few weeks away, the Steelers are looking ahead to their international game in Paris on October 25th against the New Orleans Saints.
The team has announced a French variant on the Terrible Towel, where the letters in the main towel logo are colored in the style of the French flag, and is marked with the date of the game along with the location, Stade De France in Paris. Much like the traditional Terrible Towels, a portion of the proceeds will go to Merakey Allegheny Valley School. Last season, the Steelers played Minnesota in Dublin, Ireland.
Players will report to training camp on July 28th with first practice set for the following day at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe. Admission and parking are free, but mobile tickets must be secured in advance.
