Emanuel “Manny” W. Roldan, 45 of Marion Center, PA., passed away on Friday, October 25, 2026, at Indiana Regional Medical Center.
He was the son of Wilfredo and Irsh (Thode) Roldan, born December 28, 1980, in Puerto Rico.
Manny was a proud member of the United Staes Marine Corps. Whether he was fighting his own battles or standing strong for others, he remained the same spirited, strong individual. The Marine Corps never left him, nor did the values it instilled in him, respect, honor, courage, and strength. One of the greatest gifts the Marine Corps gave Manny was a brotherhood that would last a lifetime. His Marine brothers meant more to him than words could ever express. They were more than friends, they were family, bonded through service, sacrifice, loyalty, and experiences that only fellow Marines could truly understand. The connection they shared was something special, a bond built on trust, respect, and standing beside one another through life’s toughest battles. No matter where life took him, his Marine brothers always held a special place in his heart. The brotherhood he shared with them was something he carried with pride, and it was a bond that would never fade. Once brothers in arms, forever brothers in life. Manny was a loving father not only to his own children but also to his bonus children, Blake Groom and Caden Groom, the children of his partner, Sarah Fisher. The love, time, and memories they shared will never be forgotten. The countless moments, laughter, and growth they experienced together will always be cherished.
An incredible significant part of Manny’s life was his service dog, Sheba Marie, who never showed his anything less than unconditional love and compassion their bond was special and the connection they shared will never be broken.
Manny was a father, a son, a brother, a grandson, a stepson, G-pa, friend, and partner. He touched many lives in ways that words could never fully express.
Rest easy, Manny. Your battles are over. Your service is complete. You are finally home with your mother. You are loved, you are cherished, and you will never ever be forgotten. You left your mark on this earth for sure. Semper Fi, Marine, until we meet again.
Manny is survived by his children, Hannah Roldan Hoffman, Calvin Roldan, brother, Joey Thode, sister, Myriam Roldan Tavarez, aunt Jackie Art, niece and nephew, Alyssa and Jammal Art, aunt Marilyn Brubaker, stepfather, Randy Richardson who played a significant and meaningful role in Manny’s life.
