Susan E. Crooks, age 64 of Home, died Saturday, August 31, 2019 at the Indiana Regional Medical Center.
She was born in 1954 in Indiana to James S. M. and Dolly Cornman Crooks.
Susan was a member of the Old Mahoning Baptist Church.
She was currently serving as director of the Child Evangelism Fellowship since 1994 for Armstrong, Indiana and Westmoreland counties.
She enjoyed reading and traveling to the beach with her family.
She is survived by her sister Gail Patterson Sexton and husband Jack, Home; her brother Allen Crooks and wife Bonnie, Home, and the following nieces and nephews, Mark Patterson and wife Maria; Eric Patterson and wife Shelley; Joshua Patterson and fiance Tabitha; Robert Crooks and wife Jody; and Erin Barthel. She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and two great great nephews.
Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. at the Old Mahoning Baptist Church, Home, where a funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11 A.M. with the Rev. Micah McMillen officiating. Interment will be made in the Church cemetery.
