Indiana Borough Police have taken a woman into custody in connection with an investigation into a drug overdose death that goes back to October of last year.
Police say that 40-year-old Heidi Millar of Indiana is charged with drug delivery resulting in death and delivery of a controlled substance. On October 18th of 2022, officers were dispatched to a home in the 800 block of Oak Street for a reported drug overdose and found the victim, identified as a 26-year-old woman, in cardiac arrest.
