INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE:
Indiana Borough Police have charged a woman from Arizona following an incident Sunday evening. Officers say they responded to a disturbance in the 300 block of Washington Street shortly after 6:50 p.m. and they found 28-year-old Kesha Webb of Phoenix, Arizona, highly intoxicated and that she allegedly tried to assault someone. Webb allegedly resisted arrest and attempted to assault officers by kicking at them. She was lodged in Indiana County Jail to await arraignment.
A Cherry Tree man was arrested for alcohol-related crimes following an incident Saturday morning in Indiana Borough. Police say around 2:18 a.m. they encountered a man in the 400 block of Philadelphia Street under the influence to the point where he was a danger to himself and others. Officers later identified the man as 18-year-old Isaiah James Fleming.
He was arrested and taken to Indiana County Jail where he was held on a temporary detainer. Non-traffic citations for public drunkenness and underage drinking were filed through Magisterial Judge Guy Haberl’s office.
