William Carlyle Ferguson Sr., 80 of Clymer, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at his home. Born September 25, 1943, he was the son of the late Paul S. and Kathryn (Guiher) Ferguson. He was the husband of the late Mildred (Peace) Ferguson.
William was a graduate of Penns Manor High School and previously worked for the Clymer Borough Office. He liked cars and listening to Elvis. William loved making people laugh and was a bit of a practical joker. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his dogs.
He attended the Christian Missionary Alliance Church, Clymer.
William is survived by his children: Mary Jane Rife (Randy), Mount Joy; Glenn Scott Ferguson (Jessica), Kittanning; Joseph Ferguson (Delsa), Indiana; and Bill Ferguson Jr. (Rose), Iselin. He will also be missed by 11 grandchildren, 5 great- grandchildren and his siblings: Kay Pounds and Pat Minto, Clymer.
In addition to his wife and parents, William was preceded in death by an infant son, 2 brothers and 1 sister.
