The Indiana Rotary Club has announced the date of their upcoming AMBA Wellness program event.
The event will be held at the Indiana Mall on June 15th from 6-10 AM. The Rotary Club has been the sponsor of the annual blood analysis program for several years and once again will partner with Quest Diagnostics for offer the comprehensive blood screening program. The test menu that is being offered includes routine biological tests to complex and specialized molecular and gene-based testing along with anatomic pathology.
Appointments are needed to take part, as walk-ups will not be accepted. To make an appointment, you can call Quest Diagnostics at 1-800-234-8888 between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM to schedule the appointment and receive instructions.
